Weak or unfinished civ AI?

Hi guys, I want to ask if the AI of some civilizations are still unfinished? I know that each civ AI contains their own personality and playstyle (Boom, Turtle, Rush) but playing at hard difficulty I've noticed some AI civs are considerably weaker (ex. Koreans) than others. I've also noticed that the AI perform worse the more amount of AI players are present within a match. Does that seem the case or am I overreacting? I'm mostly an offline player so I want to know which civs are more challenging to fight alongside or against. I do know that AI navy strategy/combat isn't finished yet and I'm looking forward to the next update. Thanks!

I can advise you reading my AI tournament (cf signature), it will give you a good idea about the AI. Quote-answer this message if you really want me to list/comment the AIs. But there indeed civs that have better AI than others, and it fluctuates a lot (Inca were almost unbeatable a few patches ago). Other civs don't know how to use certain stuff, mainly due to limits in the code (AI can't check crop food) or due to lag.

Hey man thanks for the notice. I've read your latest AI comments/results and some of the civs I've seen do indeed behave the same way as you described (you have a summary btw?). Most civs are at the very least functional; only a few civs are truly broken in my experience. I know AI programming isn't exactly easy and the team has limited time and resources to improve them, so kudos to them to get this far with the AI. I'm excited for future patches to see what improvements the AI make!
