Didn't Make Copy of Aoe3 When Installing

Thu Mar 21, 2019 2:33 am

Hey everyone, I love the mod, but am having an issue.

I first installed this without realizing that I needed to make a copy of my original TAD files, and now I can't connect to vanilla or TAD.

I am running the game through Steam and tried uninstalling/reinstalling, but when I reinstall the game still has WoL loaded and all TAD games are CRC mismatch.

Could someone tell me how to fix my earlier mistake so that I can play both TAD and WoL?

If you made a copy of your TAD it should be there where oyu installed it. Or you didnt choose the right folder for your WOL installation.
Or you TAD shortcut is still onto the folder where WOL is installed. Did you try you WOL folder and your TAD folder?
Otherwise it would be impossible, since the new installation of TAD would remove all files.
