In theory, they do. Codes handling KOTH and Trade Monopoly exist, and should work. If those don't, then I'll look into it. I can't promise anything though ^^ as I can't guarantee that the AI engine will obey to the script.
The AI klnows King of the Hill perfectly.
Expert AI tries to get your king withing the first 7 minutes !
AI never used Trade monoply or really RARE in TAD. I think i saw it once... in 9 years of playing AOE

Hey guys, I'd first like to say that I very much appreciate you answering my questions. This is one of the best community mod I've ever seen and it completely renewed my enjoyment for AOE3 after a long hiatus. You guys should be very proud of your work and as a general fan of AOE I want to say thank you! 

I'm pretty new here to this thread so I'm not familiar with all the known bugs yet. So far I've only noticed some AI issues. I've been playing alongside the Balkan civs for several matches in skirmish mode and I've noticed some problems with their AI (I play on Hard difficulty, though Expert showed the same issues). Romania doesn't do anything at all except for exploring with its Explorer. Bulgaria, Serbia and to a lesser extend Greece do built up their colony but they barely produce military units. This results in them getting steamrolled by other civs all the time. Could you look into it?

I only want to report a bug I noticed. Air baloons card does not grant anything to the Greek Cartographer.

The issue is that the Balkans don't know how to use crops. So they get a food shortage and die quickly; at some point this will get fixed. The Romanian AI will be fixed next patch.
