I noticed that both of these units have multipliers that seem to cancel each other out, and I'm not sure how the math works for either of their ranged attacks.
- Vanators have a x2 modifier against infantry, but they also have a x0.4 against Light Infantry and x0.5 against heavy infantry. Doesn't that negate the purpose of them being a skirmisher? And in that case, which multiplier applies first? Do Vanators multiply their damage by 2 then multiply it down by 0.4? In that case, A Vanator never actually deals extra damage against any kind of infantry. Shouldn't they just have the same multipliers as every other skirmisher unit?
- The Arbalest deals x4 damage against infantry, but x0.4 against Heavy Infantry, so does that mean an Arbalest multiplies their damage by 4 against all infantry, but if their attack hits a heavy infantry unit, that damage is reduced to a multiplier of 0.4? Or does the Arbalest ignore that x4 multiplier entirely and only deal x0.4 against Heavy Infantry?
AKA Do they go (20 Damage x 4 = 80) then (80 x 0.4 = 32)?
(20 Damage x 0.4 = 8?)
- Shouldn't Arbalests just have an x4 against Light Infantry and then x0.4 against Heavy Infantry? That would make it much easier to understand
