Mexico

You need to put some cards for defense. Here is my suggestions:
- Improved Buildings - Buildings get +40% hit points,
- Flatland Castle - Castles (building which only hero can build) get +10% hit points and attack,
- Extensive Fortifications - Castles and Outpost get +25% hit points and build limit +5,
- Yamashiro - Castles get +6 LOS and range,
- Fort - Ships 1 Fort wagon,
- Vauban Fortress - Ships 1 Fort Wagon, adds 1 to Fort Build Limit,
- Castrametation - Ships 1 Fort Wagon, adds 1 to Fort Build Limit.

It is not Japanese castles but it is defense building which can be build by Mexican hero, building is similar to castle in look.
I am think that it is presidio.
Mexico need cards to improve defense!

- Presidio Castle - Presidio get +10% hit points and attack,
- Extensive Fortifications - Presidio and Outpost get +25% hit points and build limit +5,
- Fort 1 - Ships 1 Fort wagon,
- Fort 2 - Ships 1 Fort Wagon, adds 1 to Fort Build Limit,
- fort 3 - Ships 1 Fort Wagon, adds 1 to Fort Build Limit.

Despite the appearance, presidio is meant to be a secondary TC for mexican. Your argument is invalid.

Mexico is probably the single most best defensive civilization. This is about the last thing they need.

Vlado87, i think you forgot this:
-> covered wagon in Mexican Can build TC and presidio. there's some HC cards that sends covered wagon, use these cards to build presidio. Also explorer can build presidio as well, but slower
-> i remember there's a HC card named "Defense of Chapultepec", available in age III but required lv25 HC, that increase presidio's hitpoint, attack and range. use this as your advantage
->  about presidio's build limit: you see what presidio's strength have, as well as presidio become stronger when aging up (even when in age III, presidio will use cannon to shoot enemy instead of gunpowder shooting), that's a reason why presidio can build 3 at a time (from age I to age II, you will build 1 at a time, when in age III or more, you can build extra 2 of this building)
