Does anyone noticed that the Maltese Forts worked a bit different from other European civs? They can only train Longswordsmen, Trebuchet, and Demolishers, as opposed to almost all cavalry and infantry.
It's also the number 1 reason why I feel like the card "Military Engineering" feels almost mandatory. Since it allows you to rebuild the fort if it's destroyed.
As without it, you won't be able to build long swordsman anymore.
