Field Hospitals, Nurses and Surgeons heal units at a rate of 10 hitpoints/s, while Priests, by default, heal units at a rate of 6 hitpoints/s. Some Religions and religious improvements may improve the healing rate. Basically, the only advantage Nurses have over Surgeons are their reduced Coin cost when compared with the latter (100 Coin against 300 Coin, respectively).
