I play Napoleonic Era. Would there be a way to rig it up so that it has themes like WOL and would it also be possible to make the Polish Royal Guard Hussar's appearance different after researching "Winged Hussars"?

The theme stuff, I don't know. But for the Winged Hussar, it's really possible.
